A proposal to install a buffer zone of no hunting between private and public hunting grounds has sparked debate.
Thursday, the Mississippi Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks will consider permanently installing a 100-yard buffer zone in the McIntyre Scatters region of Malmaison Wildlife Management Area.
