CJ Elam says he never aspired to be an actor — but opportunity came his way and he took it.
In May, he appeared on the BET program “Kingdom Business,” a drama about the gospel music industry.
Elam, 30, appears as a studio executive for the main character, Denita, portrayed by Yolanda Adams.
