A memorial gathering for Emmett Till, whose death ignited the civil rights movement, will be held on Aug. 28 in Drew.
The memorial, which is open to the public, will be held at We 2gether Creating Change’s headquarters at 159 N. Main Street and will begin at 10 a.m.
