A business owner, accountant and public servant, Easter Barr left an impact on countless people through her hard work and giving nature.
Mrs. Barr died on March 27, a day before she was to turn 75, of heart failure. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Greater Pentecostal Temple.
