Horne LLP, the Ridgeland-based accounting firm that had audited Express Grain Terminals LLC, is facing three lawsuits that argue it should have done more to stop Express Grain’s fraudulent activity.
On Monday, Horne filed a request to have those lawsuits consolidated.
