Anteeatta Archie-Swims holds a photo of her grandmother, Betty Branch. Archie-Swims, who grew up in Carrollton, was killed two years ago in Oxford by her husband, David Swims, who claims he was acting in self-defense. He is scheduled to go on trial next month on a murder charge.
