JACKSON — Mississippi Supreme Court justices quizzed attorneys Tuesday about how voters can tell the difference between two school funding initiatives on the November ballot.
The nine justices heard arguments in a dispute about ballot titles. In 20 or fewer words, a title is supposed to describe what each amendment would do.
