JACKSON - The attorney for a man accused of killing a Yazoo County family says prosecutors lack evidence to secure a death sentence in Earnest Lee Hargon's upcoming capital murder trial.
"It's going to be hard for them to prove some of these charges," said Wesley Evans, Hargon's public defender.
