GULFPORT — This storm was no Katrina, but it was bad enough.
For many, Gustav’s misery continued today, with flood waters isolating some areas on the Mississippi Gulf Coast still trying to rebuild three years after Katrina. Thousands were without electricity and one death in a car accident was blamed on the storm.
