The city of Itta Bena owes about $10,500 to a contractor for repairs to water leaks last month.
Mayor Reginald Freeman said the October invoices for Fred Gray, a Belzoni-based contractor, applied to eight or nine water leaks that he fixed. Itta Bena has used Gray’s services in the past.
