Andy Lo and his family recently celebrated Christmas with a Chinese hot pot. The Lo hot pot featured lobster balls, fish meat, fish meatballs, crab meat, jumbo shrimp, thinly sliced beef, pork skins and wontons, which were cooked in a pot in the center of the table filled with chicken broth.
