On Friday, the “We Too Can Make a Difference” cancer outreach
program, a project of the Fannie Lou Hamer Cancer Foundation and
the Mississippi Network for Cancer Control of the University of
Southern Mississippi, celebrated with a back-to-school luncheon at
the Leflore County Health Department. From the left are Freddie
