A number of pin oaks planted on Grand Boulevard in March appear to be dying, and that’s prompting city officials to determine what happened.
“We’re not sure. We talked to Mike Oliver; he’s the tree guru on the city Tree Board. Some of them might come back,” said Greenwood Mayor Carolyn McAdams.
