The final phase of Greenwood’s $1.6 million renovation of the downtown Howard Street corridor will be a thin layer of asphalt from Market to Johnson streets.
“It’s a sealant or finisher. It will make it look like a great street. ... It will add the last accessory to the outfit,” Mayor Carolyn McAdams told the City Council Tuesday.
