SUMNER — The population of this Delta town is expected to almost double Saturday evening with the private VIP opening of the Cassidy Bayou Art and Cultural Center and Gallery.
“We’re expecting about 300 guests, so we’ll outnumber the people of Sumner. This is a pretty big deal,” said Buford Anderson.
