Greenwood residents Bob Callens and Ellis Smith vividly remember the Japanese attack on the U.S. Navy base at Pearl Harbor that took place 70 years ago Wednesday.
The attack, which claimed the lives of more than 2,400 U.S. military personnel, was a turning point for the two men, both veterans of the Pacific campaign.
