A Schlater man has been charged with aggravated assault in a Wednesday afternoon shooting.
Willie Banks, 23, 101 Milton Fort Circle, Lot No. 8, remained in the Leflore County Jail this morning.
Jacobly Tucker, who lives at 115 Milton Fort Circle, Schlater, was shot three times at close range with a .22 caliber revolver.
