A Greenwood delegation recently traveled to Washington, D.C., to do some lobbying.
Mayor Carolyn McAdams and City Councilman Johnny Jennings made the journey along with Chief Administrative Officer Thomas Gregory and David Bowman, vice president of the Jackson engineering firm of Neel-Schaffer.
