Work upgrading Main Street is still on track despite its rough appearance, according to Greenwood Mayor Carolyn McAdams.
She said the end result will be one that makes everyone — residents, business owners and tourists — proud.
“We want it to look as fabulous as it can be,” she said of the major entrance to the city.
