The second annual Viking Half Marathon & 5K, scheduled for Saturday, appears to be gaining momentum, according to Beth Stevens, executive director of the Greenwood-Leflore County Chamber of Commerce.
“It’s going really great. We’re over the 500 mark in registrations at this point,” Stevens said Wednesday.
