Relatives of the late Dr. Kinloch Gill Jr. were on hand Wednesday at the dedication of the mental health facility named in Gill’s honor. He was the first executive director of the Region VI Mental Health Center, now known as Life Help. The Gill Center will be the location for two residential programs.
