The Carroll County motorist killed early Tuesday morning as a result of icy road conditions has been identified by authorities.
David Watson Sr., 67, of Carrollton, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to Trooper Tony Dunn, public affairs officer for the Mississippi Highway Patrol’s Troop D, which is based in Greenwood.
