A month-long program to capture roaming coyotes near Greenwood has caught several raccoons — even a blue jay — but no coyotes.
“I didn’t catch any coyotes. I haven’t stopped it. I’ve stopped for the moment,” said Tyler Murphy, a conservation officer with the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks.
