Greenwood resident Lula Moore wants some answers about repeated flash flooding in her neighborhood.
Moore, a retired Leflore County educator, is scheduled to appear Tuesday before the Greenwood City Council.
On July 23, when torrential rains hit, several homes on Cedar Street in the Whittington Subdivision were flooded.
