Active military personnel and veterans will be honored Aug. 31 at a gathering at WABG-AM radio station.
The event, Military Appreciation Day, will be held on the station grounds at 68322 County Road 518 (Money Road). It will begin at noon and continue until after nightfall, said James Poe, the station’s manager.
