An update on Greenwood’s curbside recycling efforts at Tuesday’s City Council meeting degenerated into raised voices and lots of, well, trash talk.
Anne Marie Kornelis, coordinator with Greenwood-Leflore Recycling, was discussing a $400,000 grant she had secured for the city.
