KILMICHAEL — State Rep. Bobby Howell of Kilmichael, who has served in the Mississippi Legislature since 1992, has announced he will not seek re-election in 2015.
Howell, a Republican, represents all of Montgomery County along with portions of Leflore, Carroll, Grenada and Attala counties. His last day in office will be Dec. 31, 2015.
