Peter Crigler is passionate about clean streets and beautiful neighborhoods — and for years, he has been waging a war against trash in Sidon.
“You know how people will ride through your town. They’ve just left McDonald’s, and they think, ‘I’ve done got a good, full belly now,’ and they just throw the trash out,” he said.
