Steen was family man, businessman

Mr. Steen, 55, died Thursday.

HBO scouts city as site for TV pilot

Greenwood could be in the running for a proposed cable TV series set in a Southern farming community.

Earlier this week, Mayor Carolyn McAdams and Police Chief Ray Moore met with a scout from HBO, looking for a location to film the pilot.

“He wanted to know areas of the city, about our crime rate,” McAdams said.
