Regency Inn and Suites on U.S. 82 has recently undergone extensive renovations.
Hotel owner Rakesh Padhiar, who purchased the business in October 2002, said renovations began about a year ago.
"We basically tore down everything and started from scratch," Padhiar said. "We started with four bare walls in each room."
