A donor to the Humane Society of Leflore County wants to help control the pet population in this area.
The donor, who prefers to be unnamed, has been making a monetary contribution for several years for the purpose of having cats spayed or neutered. This year, the donor has given $3,000 to the Humane Society for this purpose.
