CARROLLTON - Will Freddie Sibley celebrate his 21st birthday coming up Sunday on the run, or will he be back in jail?
Sibley allegedly walked away from the District 1 county barn Wednesday afternoon. While there have been reports he's been sighted since then, a manhunt was still under way late this morning.
