CARROLLTON - Fair-going grownups will take their jellies and quilts to Montgomery County for judging again next week, and 4-Hers will take their livestock there as well.
But that's only because Carroll County doesn't have a suitable facility for staging its own fair, says Extension Home Economist Pam Lee.
