CARROLLTON - A man from Winona and a man from Greenwood were arrested Tuesday afternoon in northeastern Carroll County on charges they intended making crystal methamphetamine.
Michael Gregg Sullivan, 25, and William A. Sledge, 40, were jailed in the Carroll-Montgomery Correctional Facility. A bond hearing was set for this afternoon.
