CARROLLTON - The future of a high-profile drug case hinges upon the outcome of a hearing set for Wednesday afternoon.
Charles Yates Jr. is challenging the search warrant that led to his arrest Feb. 11, 2000, on charges of manufacturing crystal methamphetamine with the intent to sell. Yates was indicted in October.
