Growing up in Greenwood, Michelle Crockett learned from her parents about the importance of helping others.
As a girl, she watched her parents volunteer in the community in a variety of ways and often joined them. So those good habits continued into adulthood.
"My parents helped shape me for volunteerism," she said.
