Those interested in improving their walking skills can get tips from an expert at a seminar in May.
The free seminar will be held at Greenwood Leflore Hospital's walking track from 9 to 10:30 a.m. on May 19.
It was coordinated by the hospital and the 300 Oaks Road Race Committee.
