An Itta Bena woman was in serious condition at a Memphis hospital this morning after being hit by a truck Tuesday night on U.S. 82 near Itta Bena.
Patricia A. Harper, 39, was struck by an Abraham Trucking vehicle while attempting to cross U.S. 82 on foot, according to the Mississippi Highway Patrol report.
