As Phillip McLaurin, assistant warden at Delta Correctional Facility, stood before the Greenwood Kiwanis Club Thursday, he said he was unsure of what to talk about.
Normally, he said he would tell people about the great projects the prison has on the drawing board and discuss its future plans.
