Balloon Fest 2000 is officially under way, and fesitval organizer Joe Seawright is pleased with the large number of people who turned out for opening night.
The best thing about Thursday was the good weather, Seawright said.
Thursday morning’s weather radar predicted rain for Greenwood. “It just kind of vanished,” he said.
