JACKSON - Mississippi Attorney General Mike Moore put $250,000 into the state's general fund for the Department of Human Services to hire much-needed social workers.
"Our biggest concern is a child is going to die and they are going to die on the state's watch," Moore said during a Wednesday news conference at his office.
