A suspect has been apprehended in Wednesday’s bank robbery at the Planters Bank branch on Market Street in downtown Greenwood.
After the robbery, a witness saw a man with a bank bag in his hands and watched as the bag exploded, spraying the man and the cash with red dye. The witness said the man dropped the bag and fled.
