Greenwood-based activist Jelani Barr today issued a public apology to the people of Sidon and Mayor Johnnie Neal for “being too general and broad” with claims he made on his Facebook page about Sidon’s water.
In a post Sunday, Barr said the water there is “brown, it stinks, and it makes people sick.”
