A judge on Friday ordered that the case of Takiyah Perkins alleging irregularities in the 2014 Fourth Circuit Court District, Place 3 election, be dismissed.
Judge Andrew Howorth of the Third District presided. He was assigned to hear the case by the Mississippi Supreme Court in early 2015.
