The Leflore County Board of Supervisors, on the recommendation of Willis Engineering, on Tuesday approved rejecting all bids on the proposed Viking Range access road that would connect the Viking East plant to Mississippi Highway 7.
A second phase of the proposed project would have ultimately connected Highway 7 to U.S. 49.
