A long, circular trip brought guitarist and vocalist Ben Wiley Payton back to his roots music — acoustic country blues.
On Friday, Payton will play at Mississippi Valley State University, circling back once more to the area where he grew up — his spiritual and musical home, the Mississippi Delta.
