A promoter has filed a civil suit against the Leflore County Civic Center and its director, Andrew McQueen, alleging breach of contract, price gouging and fraud.
Lavoris Weathers of Eliza Boy Productions said his Delta Got Talent Show, scheduled for May 28, had to be canceled due to booking irregularities at the Civic Center.
