Program focuses on civil rights

Classes begin today for the Greenwood Mentoring Group’s summer program on the civil rights movement.

Parents gathered with enrollees Friday at the Mentoring Group’s Avenue G Learning Center to preview the program, titled “Greenwood 1965 and the Impact of the Civil Rights Movement,” and register their children.
