YAZOO CITY - Former truck driver Earnest Lee Hargon waived his right Monday to a preliminary hearing to answer charges of killing his cousin, the cousin's wife and the couple's 4-year-old son.
The case against Hargon, 43, now goes to a grand jury. He remains in jail.
