A man who has been assisting the defense team of Dr. Arnold Smith said that after spending four days in solitary confinement yards away from the man he is working to save, he is scared.
“I didn’t start getting arrested until I started speaking out,” said Jelani Barr, who was arrested Saturday and released from jail Tuesday.
